Snoozing Anywhere …

Can you relate to this photo?

You know when you have days when you just want to fall asleep anywhere … you’re so physically exhausted that you’re craving for a teenie weenie ‘cat nap’ to help rejuvenate yourself?

Well I’m all for a 20 minute cat nap – but no longer.

Why? Because any longer and you fall into a deep sleep and then you wake up feeling even more tired and then you struggle to have a good night’s sleep that night.

So having a 20 minute snooze or cat nap is perfectly OK – just set your alarm clock and find somewhere comfortable so that you don’t wake up with a sore neck like this lady is bound to have!!

Why is it so hard though to only have 20 mins??? Once I'm in bed or napping, I don't wanna cut it short (especially in winter). 20 mins goes way to quick …….

Yes 20 minutes can go very fast but it's just enough to help give you the energy to get on with the rest of your day! Just give it a go – you'll be so glad that you did.
