It's hard to find someone that really understands what shift workers go through and understands what's the most important factors we need the most. this is the first-ever book that I've come across that's specifically for shift workers and is written by one with experience. It doesn't ignore the risk factors either - but it gives real world solutions to managing night shift and staying healthy. It's written by someone who has actually worked night shift for a long period of time then took that experience and pursued a career focused on the how to do it better. I wish all companies employing night shift workers had to read this book.
