Breakfast – Why we must have it!

There are a couple of reasons why a lot of people skip breakfast.

One is because they don’t have time (we actually all have the time – it’s whether we’re prepared to ‘make time’).

Two – because we’re not hungry. Now this one is interesting because if we actually ate regularly (gotta keep that metabolism going) and spaced our meals out over the day- a good sized breakfast, biggish lunch, healthy snacks in between, and ending the day with a smallish, protein enriched and colourful meal at night – by the time morning comes round again we are genuinely hungry! As a result we will be more inclinded to:

a) Eat breakfast
b) Make time to eat breakfast

Simple really. Food for thought.

  1. I definately need to ‘make time’. Any suggestions for a quick n easy to make brekky to give me loads of energy for the day. The coffee n biscuits just isn’t doing it for me!
