So, Do You Fill Your Car Up With Water Instead Of Fuel?

Now I have to ask you this question and you might think it sounds silly and that’s because it is. I mean who on earth would actually fill their car up with water instead of fuel?
.
Nobody. Because without stating the obvious, your car cannot run on water – it needs to gather its nutrients from the fuel that you put into it, so that it can perform at an optimum level.

.

And this is where it never ceases to amaze me how people tend to look after and treat their own cars much better than they do their own bodies.
.
I mean you just have to watch an episode of Gillian McKeith’s TV series called – “You Are What You Eat” – to be absolutely horrified at what people have in their pantry and fridge, which ultimately ends up in their mouth.
.
And what frustrates me even more …. hmmmm … sorry I have to vent about this topic, but as most people are fortunate enough to live in a ‘developed nation’ like the USA, Australia, UK, Asia and Europe – there is absolutely no excuse for not being able to eat fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, grains and other non processed foods.
.
And when many people feel fatigued … they make excuses like … “I’m too tired to cook tonight” or “I can’t be bothered to cook a proper meal”. Alas they end up buying fast food and/or eat whatever junk they have stashed in their pantry.
.
So do you think eating junk food is going to help with your fatigue? Duh – it’s not. It’s going to make you feel worse – even more fatigued, unwell and malnourished.
.
So next time you’re out doing your grocery shopping … think of your body as your car and only buy food that is going to help it perform at its peak.
.
After all … you can buy a new car when it breaks down, but you can’t buy another “you” .
.
And that’s because you only have one body – and once chance to look after it …

I've always known this. The hard part is putting it into practice and doing it. The processed food and junk food is soooooo good. But you are so right on this.
