This book is an absolute must have for shiftworkers. Most of the info out there about being healthy relates to a 9-5 type situation with the advice difficult to apply to shiftworking. It smashes through that and gives clear information and advice in an easy to understand way. No jargon here! The book debunks a few myths and even has recipes that will be useful for the dreaded nightshift. It’s clear to me now that this book is well overdue and Audra deals with the unique issues of shiftwork with personal experience. this is the kind of book you go back to over and over again and I am highly recommending it to all my 24/7 buddies.
