Being aware of so many little factors has made it easy to correct and improve on and has all absolutely helped. A few months ago I’d be waking up every few hours several times a night. Now I’d say 6 nights a week I sleep completely through. Hardly any of that “panicky-waking up I’ve slept through my alarm” feeling I’d get and wake myself up during the night.
