    I used to have (or still do have but we have lost touch recently) a pen pal (since 2nd grade) that lived near Queensland. I have never been to Australia but I want to go soooo badly.

    Hi Marina. I am really fortunate to not suffer from migranes but I have a few girlfriends who do … even having to lock themselves into a hotel room and cancel a flight because of it! So I'm very happy to share with everyone a natural alternative to traditional medication.

    Thanks for visiting my site Audra. Yours has some amazingly useful info that I could definitely use. I suffer from migraines, I fall asleep in front of the tv and I should have a back-up alarm clock at times.
