  1. That's brilliant! As I don't like popping pills either, my only cure is to try and sleep these things off! I'm gonna check it out! Thanks 🙂

  2. Thats amazing Audra! Have you tried it?
I have suffered from migraines in the past … thanks for sharing and
    stopping by my blog.
    Have a lovely weekend.

  3. Great idea. I am so interested in how we can heal ourselves through ways other than popping pills!. Thanks for following at my place..I will do the same.

I used to have (or still do have but we have lost touch recently) a pen pal (since 2nd grade) that lived near Queensland. I have never been to Australia but I want to go soooo badly.

  4. Hi Marina. I am really fortunate to not suffer from migranes but I have a few girlfriends who do … even having to lock themselves into a hotel room and cancel a flight because of it! So I'm very happy to share with everyone a natural alternative to traditional medication.

  5. Thanks for visiting my site Audra. Yours has some amazingly useful info that I could definitely use. I suffer from migraines, I fall asleep in front of the tv and I should have a back-up alarm clock at times.
